Luna Moth | Original Painting

I remember being in college checking my mailbox one evening when the most stunning creature fluttered into view. A pale,  worn by the sun, large green moth was perched on my mailbox resting its wings. It caught me by surprise, and brought me rushing back to the present moment. I stood with it for a few minutes taking in it's delicate beauty before it flitted to its resting place. That was the only time I had the pleasure of seeing a Luna Moth in real life, and it is a treasure to remember.
