3. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and colors of our products. However, due to variations in monitors and settings, we cannot guarantee that colors will be displayed accurately.
Each item is either handmade or printed to order. Slight variations in appearance, texture, or framing are part of the artistic nature and not considered defects.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept payment via major credit cards and PayPal.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully. Gilded Palms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Made-to-order items or framed artworks may require extended processing times. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Gilded Palms is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs, nor are we liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom and delicate nature of our artwork, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo evidence. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, artwork, and images, is the property of Gilded Palms and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
